Gill has been a qualified nurse since 2003, working in both acute and community settings. In 2012 Gill took an opportunity to move into nursing in the community environment. Through her work in district nursing, Gill developed a passion for wound care which she extended upon when taking a role in the specialist field of Tissue Viability. Gill is now the Lead Nurse for Tissue Viability in Buckinghamshire. Gill has a love for sharing her knowledge in wound care and teaches various audiences on the topic.

Anita has worked within the NHS for 8 years and qualified with a BSC honours degree in adult nursing from Birmingham City University. Anita also undertook the non-medical prescribing course and is now a registered prescriber with the NMC. Anita's background since qualifying as a nurse has been working primarily in the community. Anita's current role has been working as a specialist tissue viability nurse within Birmingham Community. Anita provides specialist tissue viability care to patients all over Birmingham, including residential, care homes and patients known to the district nurses. Anita has also worked closely with GPs in east Birmingham to launch a lower leg ulcer clinic, this has prompted and promoted patients to empower themselves to self-care - this has been published in the trust magazine.

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde

Heather is lead TVN for Greater Glasgow and Clyde. NHSGGC serves 120000 people, has 35 hospitals, 6000 beds, 240 GP practices. Heather has been nursing for 41 years and a TVN for the last 17, previously working in numerous roles including cancer CNS and nurse manager. She is current Chair of the NATVNS and a SOTV Trustee. Heather claims ‘she has the best job in the NHS’. Out-with work Heather enjoys being outdoors with her family and two Dachshunds, mainly being groom and truck driver when her daughter is competing in equestrian events. Heather also sings with the NHSGGC choir.

Hollie Robinson is an award winning Tissue Viability Specialist Nurse and current Tissue Viability Service Lead for Community Services at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. With over a decade of progressive leadership across acute and community settings, Hollie is driving innovation in strategic wound care delivery through collaboration, data-driven insight, and technology. Hollie is recognised nationally and internationally as a published author and dynamic speaker. In 2023 she received the Wounds UK Rising Star Award, reflecting her clinical and service transformation impact.

Ines Sadoc Pereira is a Nurse Consultant in Tissue Viability with over 7 years experience in this field; previously working in Intensive Care. Ines holds a Master in Science, and is also a scar therapist with experience in acute and private sector, which gives her an in depth insight of the current healthcare context. Ines has worked as a lecturer for Adult Nursing and has mentored several nurses across different nursing fields. Her passion for holistic care and patient empowerment led her to found Wound Wellbeing. Here she can provide evidence based care and education to improve patients' lives.
