Gill has been a qualified nurse since 2003, working in both acute and community settings. In 2012 Gill took an opportunity to move into nursing in the community environment. Through her work in district nursing, Gill developed a passion for wound care which she extended upon when taking a role in the specialist field of Tissue Viability. Gill is now the Lead Nurse for Tissue Viability in Buckinghamshire. Gill has a love for sharing her knowledge in wound care and teaches various audiences on the topic.
