Alison is a registered nurse specialising in tissue viability with over 25 years’ experience of working in the NHS and independent organisations, supporting, and developing services in health and social care to provide better patient outcomes. Alison likes to champion in wound care education across the UK to all service areas in health and social care. Some highlights in the past few years are; achieving a PG cert in Medical Education from Cardiff University in 2023, receiving a Dermatology commendation award for Hidradenitis Suppurativa education for health care professionals 2024 and Molnlycke Clinical achievement award at EWMA 2025.
