Agnes Collarte is the Tissue Viability Specialist Nurse Lead at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH), leading wound care services across Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham, and Kensington & Chelsea. Originally from the Philippines, she began her nursing career after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1997 and moved to the UK in 2002 to broaden her professional experience. Since joining CLCH, she has progressed from Rehabilitation Nurse to Lead Nurse, building extensive expertise in wound care. Holding a master's degree in Advancing Practice, Agnes is passionate about evidence-based care, research, education, and improving outcomes for patients with complex wounds in the community.
